Ground rules for using Logica.

1. Use of the app
Logica is a personal time-tracking app. Use it in a normal, lawful way. Do not try to break the service, abuse the AI features, scrape the app at scale, or use it to generate or store unlawful content.
2. Accounts
You can use Logica as a guest or link an account through a supported sign-in provider. If you link an account, you are responsible for keeping access to that provider account and for using accurate account information.
3. Subscriptions
Logica Pro is billed by Apple or Google through the app store you purchased from. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled under that store's rules, not directly by this website.
Unless a store listing says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings.
4. Availability
Logica will change over time. Features may be added, removed, or adjusted. There may also be downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, or store and provider problems.
5. AI-generated output
Sage is meant to help you draft entries faster, not replace your judgment. It can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before saving or relying on it.
6. Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or suspended if there is abuse, fraud, attempts to interfere with the service, or behavior that creates security or operational risk.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
Logica is provided as-is and as available. There is no promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by downtime, subscription issues handled by third parties, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated output.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The latest version will be posted here. If you keep using the service after an update, that means you accept the new terms.
