We only collect what the app actually needs to work.

1. Who operates Logica
Logica is operated by Perseverance Software, based in Turkey. If you have questions about privacy, account data, or subscriptions, contact support@uselogica.com.
2. What Logica stores on your device
Logica stores your tags, time entries, theme settings, language settings, and daily chat state on your device. It may also store account session information and subscription state locally so the app can keep working between launches.
3. AI requests
If you use Sage, the text you send for draft entry creation is passed through the Logica backend to the configured AI provider so a structured response can be generated. Do not send secrets, passwords, or highly sensitive personal data through the AI assistant.
4. Subscription data
Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and the app stores. The backend stores entitlement state and webhook events so the app can tell whether Pro access is active.
5. Data sharing
Data is not sold. Information is only shared with the services needed to run the app, such as the app stores, RevenueCat, authentication providers, hosting infrastructure, and the configured AI provider.
6. Data retention
Local tracking data stays on your device unless you remove it or uninstall the app. Server-side account, subscription, and session records may be kept as needed for security, support, and subscription integrity.
7. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect service data, but no online system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Avoid sending highly sensitive personal information through the app or the AI assistant unless it is truly necessary.
8. Children
Logica is not intended for children under 13 and should not be used by anyone who is not legally allowed to use online services in their region.
9. International processing
Depending on the hosting provider, authentication provider, AI provider, and app store involved, your data may be processed outside your country of residence.
10. Your choices and requests
You can delete local app data by removing it in the app or uninstalling the app. For questions about server-side account, subscription, or session records, contact support@uselogica.com. Requests for access, correction, or deletion will be handled as reasonably as possible for the current stage of the service.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
12. Contact
