Request deletion
- Email support@uselogica.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address linked to your Logica account, if one exists.
- Include the platform you used, such as Android or iPhone.
- If you are requesting deletion after a subscription or billing issue, mention that in the email so the account can be reviewed correctly.
1. Who this page applies to
This page applies to Logica, operated by Perseverance Software. It explains how a user can request deletion of a Logica account and the backend records associated with that account.
2. How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@uselogica.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
Please include the email address linked to your Logica account, if one exists, and the platform you used, such as Android or iPhone. This helps verify the request and identify the correct account records.
3. What is deleted
When an account deletion request is processed, Logica may delete server-side account linkage records, refresh-session records, backend entitlement records, AI usage records, and backend event records associated with the account, to the extent those records are part of normal account operation and do not need to be retained for the limited purposes described below.
- Linked account records, such as Google account linkage metadata
- Refresh-session and backend account-session records
- Backend entitlement records associated with Pro access
- Backend AI usage records associated with the account
- Backend event records associated with the account, where deletion is feasible
4. What may be retained
Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, financial reconciliation, legal compliance, or subscription integrity. Retained records, if any, are kept only for those purposes and not for continued product use.
- Limited billing or subscription records needed for reconciliation or disputes
- Security or abuse-prevention records needed to protect the service
- Records required to satisfy legal, tax, or accounting obligations
5. Local device data
Logica stores time entries, tags, settings, and related local app data on the device. Deleting a backend account does not automatically erase data stored only on that device. To remove local app data, delete it in the app if supported, or uninstall the app from the device.
6. Processing time
Deletion requests are typically reviewed and processed within 30 days. Additional time may be needed if the request requires identity verification, subscription review, or investigation of billing or security issues.
Where limited records must be retained for legal, security, financial, or subscription integrity reasons, those records may be kept only for the additional period reasonably required for those purposes.

Questions about deletion or privacy can be sent to support@uselogica.com.
